TO DOWNLOAD THE SAFE EXAM BROWSER:
Go to http://safeexambrowser.org/download_en.html
If you have a PC, click on the blue bar that says: Safe Exam Browser 3.0 for Windows
Click on the downloaded file to install it, and go through the installation sequence.
After you click “Finish” go to your apps and click on the safe exam browser configuration tool (you may have to search for this by typing in .seb). It’s not the actual browser you will open, first-it will say configuration tool.
In the dialog window that asks you to set a URL, type https://woodward.learning.powerschool.com
Close the dialog window and then try to open the actual SafeExam Browser app now. It should open and take you directly to Powerschool Learning.
If you have a Mac, scroll down and then click on the blue bar that says: Safe Exam Browser 2.2.1 for macOS.
Drag the application into your Application folder
Try to open the browser and you will get a message that says it is downloaded, but not configured.
Click fn, F3, and F6 at the same time
In the dialog window that asks you to set a URL, type https://woodward.learning.powerschool.com
Close the dialog window and then try to open the app again. It should open and take you directly to Powerschool Learning.
When students open the Safe Exam Browser, they will be directed to their Powerschool Learning page. Once they open an exam in the browser, they will not be able to navigate away from the exam until they indicate that they are finished.
If you have the application downloaded already, you can run the attached file to set up the configuration for you automatically.
