The Randomized MAC Address setting used in the newest Android operating system (Android 10) will cause network connection issues while on campus. View the instructions below to turn off this setting for the WA Secure network.

Android Phones

  1. Open the Wi-Fi options in Settings (this can be done easily by swiping from the top of the screen and pressing and holding down on the Wi-Fi button).
  2. When connected to WA Secure, tap the gear icon to the right of the network's name.
  3. Tap the Advanced tab.
  4. Then tap the MAC Address Type tab and change from Randomized MAC to Phone MAC. (Note: On some Android devices the MAC Address Type option is listed under privacy in the advanced options.)
