When Student ID's are replaced, US and MS personnel will fill out this form and it will be generated in a spreadsheet.
The updated student ID's will be uploaded into Zonar on a weekly basis, if not more frequently.
The student's information needs to be crossed checked with Senior Systems to add bus pass status to the Student information
