Sometimes your computer will revert to the Woodward WiFI Connection when it loses connectivity to WASecure. This will make it appear as if you have an internet connection but you will be unable to access the internet.

The following instructions guide you through the process of deleting a wireless profile that is no longer needed.

To delete a wireless network profile in Windows 10:

  1. Click the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
