Turn off the printer power switch. (Back left hand side.)
Press and hold the Stop/Start and Escape buttons
Hold these buttons while you power the printer back on (Approximately 15 seconds)
After the wait, the display message Service Mode will appear.
Scroll down to Engine Maintenance and Press OK
Scroll down to Fuser SC Reset and Press OK
Turn off and turn on the printer again.
